Information you choose to send
When you submit an enquiry, you may provide your name, contact details, pickup and delivery locations, moving dates, property access information, an inventory and optional photographs. We use this information to assess and respond to your moving request, provide a quotation and discuss the service you ask about.
Third-party form provider
Our contact page currently embeds the existing Moving Ewe form hosted by Jotform. When you submit that form, your information is processed by Jotform under the settings of that form and the provider's terms. The form may use essential cookies, security verification and upload services. Review Jotform's privacy information for details. We do not control Jotform's separate website.
Who can access enquiries
Enquiries are intended for the authorised removals team handling the requested service. We may discuss relevant job details with assigned crew members to arrange the service. We do not present this site as an independent comparison or lead-selling service.
How long information is kept
We keep enquiry information only as needed for responding, quotations, bookings, business records and legal obligations. The exact retention period depends on whether an enquiry becomes a booking and the record type. You can contact us to ask what information is held about you or request correction or deletion where appropriate.
Move planner
The quick move planner runs in your browser. We do not receive the entered information unless you choose to copy or share it through WhatsApp, email or another service. WhatsApp and your chosen email provider apply their own privacy terms.
Website operation and third-party links
Our pages use a small local script for the menu and move planner. Links to WhatsApp, Jotform and external guidance are provided for convenience. Server technical logs may be recorded by our hosting provider to operate and secure the website.
